Last night, Fat Elvis Recording artist Fantastic Negrito won the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Blues Album. I couldn’t be more excited for him and his team at Blackball Universe. With no major label support they relied on hard work and perseverance to make it happen.
Although Fat Elvis Records had nothing to do with The Last Days of Oakland, it was an absolute thrill to have been evolved with the two(!) vinyl releases leading up to the Grammy Winning album..
Congratulations to Xavier, Field, Malcolm, Phil, Matt, and the rest of Blackball Universe on your outstanding accomplishment!
Just a quick update on the sale of the REVERENDS LP tomorrow.
All LPS are limited to one per person or address. You can buy multiple versions of the record, but only one copy of version.
Unfortunately, the Post Office didn’t get my white vinyl records to me in time for the sale. The white records will be on sale through FonoFlo.Com.
However, I have opened the vault on my extra REVERENDS 7″ records. I will have a few of the orange, pink, and splatter available. One copy of the highly sought after Wax Mage Variant too!
In order to make the ordering process as simple as possible, the sale will be held at the Fat Elvis TicTail site (http://fatelvisrecords.tictail.com).
See you tomorrow at 2PM EST!! Don’e be late! These records may not last long!
